Our Italian cuisine class will have your shouting 'Bellisimo' from your kitchen in no time. With only the freshes ingredients, traditional italian herbs and is a hands on class with fun and informal atmosphere.

Easy techniques and short cooking times to produce amazingly, beatiful and healthy dishes!!! Learn how to make fresh home made pasta and all the secrets about ravioli, gnocchi and different kinds of fresh pasta.

Moroccan cuisine has its own special characters and just think of what you can produce after we teach you about the ingredients, where to source them and how to cook each style. Each hands on class prepares starters and entrees, main dishes and desserts. At the end of the class you will be able to take your feast home and enjoy it with your guests.

The flavours of Thai are like no others and with that salty, sweet, sour and hot combination it's a bit of a trick to getting them perfectly balanced and we demonstrate this to perfection in this class. A comprehensive course on all types of seafood identification and preparation, including crustaceans and fish types. We guide you through purchasing, storage, filleting, preparing stocks and sauces to accompany your seafoods. Also preparation of fish batters and sushi for you to take home and perhaps enjoy with a pre-dinner drink. This is a great course for those who wish to feel confident about seafood preparation.

Let Culinaire take you beyond the sausage and prepare healthy, tasty and visually attractive food. We prepare poultry, lamb, fish, vegetables, and salads. Dairy Essentials:

In this hands-on, practical course, you’ll learn how to make and take home four delicious and essential home dairy products: yoghurt, butter, ricotta and labne (yoghurt cheese) You will also have delicious buttermilk to take home. You’ll be amazed at how easy it is once you have learned the skills and will find you never have to buy these products again and how much money you will save doing it too. Includes all materials and a delicious artisan-made cheese break. Workshop run by local artisan cheesemaker, Heather Scott of 'Fromage de Bruyère’

Camembert:

Have you ever tasted real Camembert, with that nutty flavour and creamy texture you can only find from an artisan-made cheese in France? This is what you will learn and make to take home in this fun, practical course.  You will also have the chance to make and take home creamy Ricotta and Mascarpone, with their endless savoury and sweet uses at home. Includes all materials and a delicious artisan-made cheese break. Workshop run by local artisan cheesemaker, Heather Scott of 'Fromage de Bruyère’.

Today you will learn all about how to identify herbs, appropriate to use in each popular cuisine, so that you can flavour your foods with these aromatic bundles rather than using packaged sauces laden with sodium or sugar. We  teach you how to cook with herbs, blend them or dry them for later use.

We teach you all about the aromatic world of spices and how to use them in cooking without overpowering your foods. We make spice blends for sweet and savory cooking. Both herbs and spices have the highest amount of antioxidants, even more than vegetables.  This 3 hour  workshop will teach you how to recognize spices, how much to use and in which cuisine they are used in.
