Traditional Kerala dishes cooked with love from Nazeema, the wife of my driver Nissar whom I met on my travels in this wonderful part of the world. I sampled a huge variety of dishes at a celebratory lunch where Nazeema cooked and realised that her expertise and amazing use of flavours was meant to be shared.
